Facebook rolled out their timeline feature for all pages and profiles at the end of last month and we’ve been busy designing and implementing branded timeline ‘cover photo’s’ for some of our clients over the past couple of weeks.
The new timeline feature is something which we feel is a brilliant addition, as it allows much better branding of a company’s page or profile. Whereas previously Facebook pages all looked very similar and followed the standard template of simply having a changeable profile picture, custom cover photos can now add branding and character, bringing continuity between a website and related social media profiles.
